Das Aluminium wird einem beson- deren Verfahren unterzogen, das es gegenüber Korrosionsmitteln extrem beständig macht. Durch das Anodisierungsverfahren erhält das Aluminium eine Oberflächen- beschichtung. die es gegenüber Wasserdampf beständig macht. Dankdem Anodisierungsverfahren werden Deckel verschiedener Färbung erzeugt, wodurch die Zielabteilung der Container unmit- telbar erkenntlich wird. Die CEATEC angewandte “ harte Anodisierung” verbessert die mechanischen Eigenschaften des Aluminiums und verleiht ihm eine brünierte Farbe. The aluminium requires a special process in order to resist the aggresion of corrosive agents. This process, known as anodi- zing, makes for the creation of a surface coating that renders the aluminium resistant to attack from water steam. By means of anodi- zing, it is possible to obtain covers in different colours. In this way, it becomes possible to differentiate the destination departments of the containers on the basis of the colour code for the covers. As well as the use of the classical anodizing process, CEATEC manufactures its own containers with aprocess called “hard anodi- zing”. This treatment boosts the mechanical surface pro- perties” of the aluminium, giving the container a brownish colour.
