15 Container Modell “Geschützter-Filter” Container model “Protected-Filter” Container modello “Filter protetto” Contenedor modelo “Filter protegido” Neben den Merkmalen des Filtersystems wie bei Typ "Filter" ist der Typ "Geschützter Filter" mit einem Doppeldeckel versehen. Luft und Dampf dringen horizontal an den Deckelseiten auf einem gewundenen Wege ein, was jede Staublagerung am FiIter ver- meidet. Die Stellung der Schlitze verhindert das ein- dringen von spitzen und scharfen Gegenständen, die den Filter beschädigen bzw. die Sterilität der Ladung gefährden könnten. Durch den Doppeldeckel kann das Kondenswasser den Filter nicht erreichen. Ein nasser Filter könnte seine Barriere Eigenschaften verlieren. Der Container Typ "Geschützter Filter" kann aus hart- bzw. weich eloxiertem Alu herge- stellt werden. Dichtung und kompletter Filterhalter gehören zu den Ersatzteilen. Oltre alle caratteristiche del sistema di fil- traggio del tutto simili a quelle del modello Filter, il container modello Filtro Protetto è dotato di un doppio coperchio. L'ingresso del vapore dell'aria avviene oriz- zontalmente sui lati del coperchio, attraver- so un percorso tortuoso che impedisce alla polvere di depositarsi sul filtro. La posizione delle feritoie non consente l'accesso al filtro ad oggetti appuntiti e tagli- enti che potrebbero lesionarlo compromet- tendo la tenuta e la sterilità del carico. Il doppio coperchio impedisce alla conden- sa, proveniente dai container sovrastanti, di entrare in contatto con il filtro che bagnan- dosi potrebbe perdere le caratteristiche di barriera microbica. Il container modello Filtro Protetto è disponi- bile in Alu-anodizzato, sia in trattamento morbido che duro. La guarnizione ed il fermafiltro completo sono considerati parti di ricambio. Besides the characteristics of the filtering system, which are the same as the Filter Model Container, the Protected Filter Model Container is provided with a double lid. The inlet of steam and air occurs horizontal- ly on the lid sides, through a tortuous run which prevents dust from depositing on the filter. The vent position does not allow pointed and sharp objects to get to the filter, dana- ging it and affecting the tightness and sterili- ty of the load. The double lid avoids that condensate from the containers piled up on it, comes into contact with the filter which, getting wet, could lose its characteristics as microbic barrier. Today the Protected Filter Model Container is available in anodized aluminium, both in the mild and hard treatment. The gasket and the complete filter block are considered as spare parts.
